VMWare Minimize To System Tray and Run Virtual Machine in Background

VMWare Workstation is becoming an essential tool for planning, testing, developing and implementing new technology in an organization, and if you are a part of the virtualization technology, then you may be running VMWare Workstation all daylong. The problem is the VMWare icon, which continues to display on your Task Bar, even if you are not currently using any Virtual Machine. If you want to minimize VMWare to System Tray, then you will find no option under Preferences.
